Omar Dahik co-founded DCS, bringing along with him 14 years of call center operational-executive experience. For a period of 3+ years, Mr. Dahik managed the sales force for a land development company that focused on pre-development gated communities in the central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, after which, he moved on to help establish Vialinx. This entity is still a world class BPO, where Omar served as the VP of Outbound Ops for over 5 years. Alongside his professional focus, he is a music aficionado, a vicious painter and a devoted father.

With a career spanning over 25 years in account management within the tech industry, higher education, and lead generation, Sam Fernandez has managed and driven marketing and enrollment initiatives for numerous verticals including virtual and traditional education services, medical organizations, technical companies and more.
